On A Clear Day - Pienza - Sept 1st

Our room has a view. A spectacular one across the Orcia valley from our hotel in Pienza, a medieval Tuscan town. The evening sun casts a deep ochre glow from the West leaving a warm sultry haze on the hills. This light is so chracteristic, it invites you to take life  an easier pace. Yes we can see all of this from our room, and we feel so content with the world that we will swap with you, if you'd like.
