Spot the Difference

People sometimes ask how hard it is sitting in the saddle all day. The cycling books all recommend that you get a traditional British-made Brooks leather saddle. Very soon, they say, it will mould itself to the shape of your bum. Being the skin-flint that I am I stuck with the second-hand skinny saddle that came with second-hand Bike. So Bum has had to mould itself to Saddle. The winner in all this had been Spot-on-Bum, who has been a constant companion throughout the trip and consequently probably enjoying it just a little more than I am.
