Open Small Hours? - Modena

The Modena Toursit Information Office seems to be run to suit someone but it's not the tourists. Closed on Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday, plus many hours during the week, it seems to be organised to avoid having to deal with those pesky visitors. Now to be fair, I am sure all the staff are welcoming and helpful. I'd like to prove this but can never catch it open.
