The canal structure of the Bourgogne and Champagne regions is an industrial and now touristic marvel connecting the Loire, Seine, Marne and Saone rivers. This makes it a wonderful but often neglected area to visit and explore. So get in your car, bring your tent and pop down here. And don't forget the bike to venture out on day trips.
