Prejudice

I take it all back, my criticism of boats on canals. I’ve decided I like them. They add colour and interest, plus I’ve realised that their owners pay the fees which keep the canals going. My brother wants to but a canal boat and he says that boaters often don’t like cyclists because we run over their mooring ropes. It just shows how separation can lead to prejudice. Well I am not going to sink to that level. So I’ve decided that I like boaters. Except the pretentious ones with captains caps. Yes, them and the fishermen. Now I’m not so sure about them at all.
